Fine Motor Activities Number Playdough Mats 1-20

My students love using play dough any chance they get! So they were super excited when I introduced our play dough mats to practice forming numbers. I showed my students how to roll the play dough like a snake and then how to build the numbers on the mats. It is great fine motor practice!

I also provided them with a chance to practice counting in a ten frame by making counters with their play dough. They also were able to practice writing the numbers using a dry-erase marker.

This download includes a play dough mat for the numbers 1-20. It will also help your students with counting in a ten frame and one-to-one correspondence. Each page also have a place for them to practice printing the number.
