December Boom Cards™ for Kindergarten

Description

What’s included?

This resource includes a PDF document with a link to download 8 Boom Decks as well as step-by-step instructions for setting up a Boom Learning account and video tutorials for sharing the links with your students.

Audio support included with each deck!

• Ending sounds: Your students will work on identifying ending sounds in words. They will say or listen to the image, then drag the letter to the train with the correct ending sound.
• CVC words: Your students will practice decoding CVC words. They will say or listen to the image, then tap the word that matches the picture.
• Word families sort: Your students will practice sorting short vowel words by word families. They will say the word family on the gingerbread house, then tap the gingerbread people that belong in the house.
• Sight words: Your students will practice building sight words. They will say or listen to the sight word, then drag the letters to build the word.
• Counting on: Your students will practice counting on from a given number by dragging the numbers in correct order.
• Make a ten: Your students can practice making a ten with a ten frame by dragging the gumdrops to complete the ten frame. Then, they will type the number of gumdrops they added to complete the equation.
• Counting to ten: Your students can practice counting to ten by dragging the candles to the menorah, then tapping the number to show how many.
• 1:1 correspondence: Your students can practice counting and adding objects to 10.

USING BOOM LEARNING:
